• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation and forfeited where a breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no active investigation, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
